Atlas Portfolio

The Atlas Portfolio is a multi-year, 7,000-acre renewable energy development in the desert west of Phoenix. NoBull Energy executed the electrical and mechanical scopes for multiple phases of this portfolio, a key component of the Atlas Solar initiative. Designed to capture, store, and deliver renewable energy on demand, the portions of the project we worked on included five battery systems—Atlas 4 BESS (150 MW), Atlas 7 BESS (300 MW), Atlas 8 BESS (382.4 MW), Atlas 9 BESS (150 MW) and Atlas 4 PV (400MW) – enhancing regional grid stability and energy flexibility.

Our field solutions prioritized efficiency, safety, and reliability to meet dynamic demand while supporting the project’s sustainability goals. The utilization of autonomous equipment onsite and self-performing the crane and rigging services enabled proficiencies that enhanced cost controls and ensured timely completions. NoBull Energy is honored to have contributed to the successful construction and commissioning of the first phases of the project and will remain onsite as the work on this transformative, multi-phase portfolio progresses.

Black Hollow Solar Projects
I and II

Situated in Severance, Colorado, the Black Hollow Solar Project is a cornerstone of renewable energy innovation, delivering clean, reliable power to the regional grid while advancing Colorado’s ambitious clean energy objectives. Phase 1, Black Hollow Sun PV, introduces 184.78 MWdc of solar capacity, addressing the region’s growing energy needs and supporting the state’s long-term carbon reduction goals. NoBull Energy was entrusted with leading the construction of the project’s solar infrastructure, emphasizing precision, quality, and alignment with the project’s sustainability mission.

Safety was paramount throughout the construction process. In 2025, the Black Hollow Solar Project achieved a remarkable milestone, surpassing 150,000 safe man-hours without a single lost-time incident. This accomplishment underscores NoBull Energy’s unwavering commitment to a robust safety culture and the dedication of our highly skilled crew. At NoBull Energy, we uphold safety, precision, and accountability as the pillars of exceptional project execution, and the Black Hollow Solar Project stands as a shining testament to these values in action.

NoBull Energy is proud to have been selected to provide the electrical and mechanical services for Black Hollow II, adjacent to the Black Hollow I project site, which began construction in Q2 2025.

Blue Moon

NoBull Energy is currently constructing a PV site in Kentucky. Our crews are handling traditional pile driving with pre-drill requirements, to accommodate an API foundation solution. Due to the diverse terrain and rocky soil topography, this project has several complexities. Our crew is currently installing 131,000+ modules.
